The app provides real estate guidance and planning tools only. It does not provide legal, tax, or financial advice. Consult your attorney, tax professional, or financial adviser before making decisions. Tax estimates require review by a tax professional.

Submitting a request, exchanging messages, or scheduling a conversation does not create a client relationship. A client relationship begins only with a signed written agreement.

Estimates, calculator results, and planning information are not guaranteed. They depend on the information entered and may not reflect your complete circumstances, actual costs, taxes, or lender terms.

Use the app lawfully and provide accurate information. Draft messages and proposed appointments are not delivered or booked unless the required service is connected. You remain responsible for your decisions.

The Boss plan costs $29 per month, billed monthly. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid month and we do not refund partial months. Prices may change with 30 days’ notice. New workspaces include a 30-day free trial; no card is needed to start.
